Made from 100% interlock knit construction, mid-weight (7.25 Oz/ 245 GSM) combed cotton yarn, our turtleneck has been completely redesigned to resist fading, pilling, or shrinkage. The turtlenecks feature double-hammed reinforced seams, rib-knit collars, and cuffs. A pinch of spandex is added to the collar for stretch and shape retention. Combed cotton makes our fabrics softer and stronger than regular cotton fabrics. There are no impurities or short protruding threads, and the combing process removes short fibers, which are prone to breakage. We pre-wash each fabric before cutting, reducing shrinkage to less than 1%. Pre-washing improves the overall structure of the fabrics, enhances fabric bonding, and removes any harmful substances or chemicals that may have been present during the yarn-dyeing process.
